PDF or Portable Document Format files are files that allow text documents to be viewed and/or downloaded on the Web. To be able to view them, either on the Web or on your desktop, you will need software called Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you don't have the software, you can go here to download it.
WINDOWS Use your mouse to "right click" on the underlined word "DOWNLOAD" above. You should see a menu with a "Save to..." option. Choose this option, and save the file to your computer (either a disk or your harddrive).
MACINTOSH Click and hold on the underlined word "DOWNLOAD" above until a list of menu options appears. From this menu option, choose the "Save to..." option, and save the file to your computer (either a disk or your harddrive).
